This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on this Site, operated by NextGen Performance.
Due to the Nature of Our Products
Because our products are research compounds intended for laboratory use and are sold in sealed, single-use packaging, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken, for safety and integrity reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at nextgenorders@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any original shipping costs. Please contact us at nextgenorders@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return terms above.
